Which extracurricular tier would an internship with Fermilab be on the collegevine site?Answered
I was just wondering if I did a paid internship program with Fermilab, but I don't know how prestigious that would rank in terms of extracurriculars in the employment section of Collegevine. I have heard that Fermilab is a world-renowned research center. However, I don't know if it is very impressive.

Hi! Because the the research center is well-known and you secured a competitive internship there, I would rank this as Tier 2. In your Activities section, make sure to mention how competitive the internship was (acceptance rate, # applicants), and if you had any leadership roles in this position, as well as any other quantitative details about your impact.
