About Specific financial report of HWS
Answered

Is there any other financial report except CSS allowed in Hobart and William Smith Colleges? Like Upenn has their own financial report form equivalent to ISFAA, does HWS has something like this?

HWS uses FAFSA and CSS for financial reporting. International students also submit a Certificate of Finance. The only additional form that students can submit is the New York State TAP application, which is specifically for NY state residents with a net taxable family income of $80,000 per year. This form is connected to FAFSA. Hope this helps!

No they do not. HWS College uses 2 forms the CSS Profile and the Certificate of Finance which I linked below. This is another Collegeboard document like the CSS profile that is specifically for Int'l students.

You have to understand that the each private college in the US (1700+) has their unique way of determining aid for Int'l students. 242 of them us the CSS Profile including UPenn and HWS.

If you read the info on the UPenn Financial Aid site for Int'l Applicants, what I read doesn't square with your assertion. It appears that Int'l students have to fill out the CSS Profile as well as the PFAS (the Penn Financial Aid Supplement). The deadline was yesterday 1/11/22.

If I may ask, where do you see language about submitting alternative forms in lieu of the CSS Profile.

Good luck.
