Both of those would be no higher than 2b similar to the Notre Dame Summer Scholars program.

Hi @timmy216! The Wharton Youth Program sounds like a great opportunity. I would probably put it at a 2b or 2c since it's somewhat selective, but still not as selective as a program like the Bank of America Student Leaders program. If you are trying to get a Tier 1c activity, think about initiatives or programs that you can spearhead in your community, internships/programs that are selective and do not have any fees associated with participation, etc.
