What tier would be my work in a non profit?
I joined a non-profit as a member of their social media team. I plan to later on to gain an executive position in the non-profit. What tier would this be considered?

Hi @rainbow.rumi! As a member of their social media team, it would probably be a tier 3c or 4a. If you eventually got an executive position in the non-profit, it would most likely be a 2a/2b depending on what the position is, the scope of the non-profit, and your specific responsibilities.
