Should I update my profile?

The number 1 news publication in my country just published an article about me. Is it too late to update universities on this achievement?

No, it's never too late to update universities on any achievement. Please mail the Admissions Office regarding the same.

Yes, most likely. If you get wait-listed anywhere, then I'd encourage you to write a LOCI Letter of Continued Interest with a link to the article.

Each college has it's own rules and policies. For example, if you want to upload something new to Harvard, you should not send it to the admissions office directly but access their Upload Portal and do it there. For some schools since is 3/12, they may have already completed their committee review already and closed looking at new information. For 10th/11th graders, this is why Coalition App is sometime a better choice for students since they have a LOCKER feature.

I would definitely suggest updating it as that sounds like a huge achievement, so colleges would definitely be interested in knowing that!
