I know I will need to double major as my interests are so varied, yet I am struggling on deciding with which major to double major.
I have limited the options to either business and math, economics and math, or finance and math.
All these somewhat relate with my interests of mathematics, international relations, history, knowing the why in things, being pretty varied and filled with change, and similar. I am planning on either getting a profession in business law (so I would need to go to law school) or international relations or in a finance sector of a corporation/government. However, I recently also discovered data analysis and find that super intriguing, so I was wondering which major combo would work with the job choices I am looking forward to.
Also which one would allow for the most job opportunities?
I think that a major in business with minors in math and international relations would cover most of your interests. Many schools will allow you to major in one subject and minor in two others, though this does depend on the school and each program's credit requirements. Majoring in business will give you the widest selection of jobs to choose from.
As someone who also has a lot of academic interests, I recommend doing jobs or internships in each of the fields you are interested in to find your career path. You also do not need to figure out your exact job now - you can always start with a job in business and explore new areas as you work your way up the ladder. Hope this helps!

It is great that you have such a wide selection of majors. I personally think that a business major would fulfill most of your interests, and If you still want to double major, I also believe that math or economics would pair greatly with a business major.
