I got a 24 on the ACT, with higher-than-average scores on everything except for math, which I sadly got a 15 on, so it dragged down my composite score considerably. (Yes, I plan on retaking it in a few months, I'm talking about if I currently applied instead of waiting to apply). I also have taken 4 college courses throughout high school and will have my CNA within the next month. I'm currently doing online based learning, so my extracurriculars aren't typical either (hiking, kayaking, childcare, church-related things, etc.). I am graduating an entire school year early because I am taking summer classes this summer. What worries me is my GPA and my math ACT aren't the best, and I have failed a few classes throughout high school thanks to mixing in with the wrong group of people and struggles with my ADHD (I realize that was my own choice, they just influenced me, and I have since retaken those courses and am actively earning credits for previously failed classes, and I have gotten help with my ADHD and am learning to work with it). So, with my complicated history, is there a good chance of being accepted, and if not, what can I do (besides retaking the ACT) that will help me get in? I know it's not a super prestigious ivy league or anything, but it's my top choice college and I would love to be admitted admission and will do what I can to go there.
The average GPA at Montana State is 3.38 and the average ACT score is 25. You are well within MSU's ACT range, but relatively far away from the school's average GPA. However, colleges do not focus only on grades. They also look at personal circumstances, extracurriculars, and essays when choosing to admit students. From what I can tell, your extracurriculars and college classes look very strong; they will definitely help your application. If you are able to explain the circumstances behind your GPA (you mentioned ADHD and bad "friends") you will definitely have a shot at getting admitted into Montana State University.
Good luck, and have a great day!

Thank you! I still have a short amount of time to help my GPA minimally, but not much, so your comment was very reassuring, you have a great day also!
