Join the soccer team?
Answered

I have always dreamed of playing soccer in college but talking to my guidance counselor she said while taking a nursing program it's not recommended to be doing sports at the same time. The college I'm attending has a D3 soccer program, so it's not much of a commitment. I guess I just need some other people's opinion. I'm torn between doing both my sport and the nursing program, or just focusing completely on the nursing program.

If you love to do it and are dedicated to both the nursing program and soccer, it will work out for you in the better.

Also, D3 soccer or any sport is still a solid commitment.

Hello,

Do what you love. If you can focus on both, do both. If you can just focus on one, focus on the one you can see yourself happy. Both Soccer and Nursing has its ups and downs, but pick the one YOU think will make you happiest.
