i’m a high school freshmen who is starting to gain interest in the criminology or forensic science field. i’m interested in any clubs, summer programs, internships, or even competitions that will introduce me to this field or make colleges see me as prepared for this field. thank you :)
You could try doing "Mock Trial" and "FBLA" (Future Business Leaders of America) if your school provides it. Mock Trial gives you deep insight into the law and gives fundamental responsibility and determination that is needed in the fields you are interested in. Also, FBLA is a huge program that also teaches you how to stand out and be a leader, another necessary attribute for the field. Also, I am taking forensics next year (senior year) because I want to be in the same field. Forensics covers a science credit and is an elective. I really hope this helps.
