Help on club.
Answered

Hi,

My friend and I created a club at school where we give mini-seminars to elementary schoolers. The seminars spread awareness of the computer science field and give them a little intro to it. I have a couple of other extracurriculars apart from this, but is this club worth it in hindsight?

I think that is a great idea! It would show the officers that you have leadership and can cooperate with peers and teachers alike. It also shows them that you're passionate about computer science (if you're planning to major in that field). I'm not sure how much time commitment that club requires but I think you should keep going. Also, I think it's a good experience teaching the elementary schoolers and if you're really stuck on writing the college application essay you could consider mentioning/writing about this club from your perspective and what you learned from it. If the workload seems like too much maybe reduce the number of seminars per week/month to give you more time to do schoolwork, but I think it's definitely worthwhile :)
