I live in Minnesota, which did a deal with the Manitoba province, so that people who are residents in Minnesota pay as much as if they were in Canada. I was also wondering what is the best college in the Manitoba province. Is the "University of Winnipeg" Good? Thanks!

The University of Manitoba is the best school in the province, though the University of Winnipeg is a solid option as well. Besides those two, I recommend applying to colleges on this list published by the Manitoba government. Hope this helps!
