Hi! Yes, you could write about the incident from 5th/6th grade. However, I would recommend not to focus all the attention on it but instead relating it to how it's important, what it taught you, and/or how much you changed from then. You could also include other events from when you were younger and link them all together with a common theme. Most of all, make sure the admission officers see who you are today and what attributes you can contribute to being part of their school. Good luck!

I'm not an expert but I would personally say yes, but I would make sure to emphasize how that incident has effects on you today and how you grew from the event
