Hi, I recently created an edtech-related website that solves an issue unique to my school district. The teachers at my school really like the idea and are okay with implementing it as a tool that students can use to support their learning. But this is just one school. My dream for this website is that it gets used by every school in my district. Who in my district should I approach to show and get permission to give to district teachers as a tool?
Has anyone else done something similar to this before?
Thank you in advance,
It's a good side project to do when you have time to kill. If you are planning on making a website, my advice is to incorporate aspects of STEM into it. Good Luck!
P.S you might want to look into CS50 before starting on a website b/c it gives you a tremendous amount of base knowledge
Thanks! You don't have to share if you don't want to, but what website are you making?
I recommend that your approach the communications official for your superintendent or school district board or meet with your principal and have them be a liaison for you and the school district board. The fact that you're a high schooler and you have already made an incredible application is wonderful. That shows prowess, intelligence, and immense creativity.
If it is possible, maybe you should meet with your parents about turning your website into a business or making what you created an official product of sorts. This way you have control over your intellectual property and may even be able to expand your idea. This is just a suggestion though.
Good luck!

I'm planning on doing something similar, although my coding skills aren't the best right now.
