Does these count as ec's?
Answered

1. I created multiple projects about stigmatized topics such as intersexuality, GMO, nutrition supplements, and explained them during biology lessons (my teacher was supporting my attempts to elucidate such things to youth)

2. I self-taught astronomy on deeper level using college level textbooks and belarus language.

I think that both activities count as ECs. I would put 2 at the bottom of your EC list when ranking each activity by importance, since it is essentially a hobby. Hope this helps!

I think the projects can be relevant in some way. I'm not sure if self-teaching is an ec. Maybe teaching someone astronomy is. I'm a high school student too (I'm guessing you're one), so take this with a grain of salt.
