What is the value of the College Board National Recognition Program Award?
Answered

The title, basically.

I was apparently selected by CollegeBoard to apply for the National Recognition Program based on... well actually, I don't really know. I was just wondering what it was, and if its a thing I could put on a resume or a college app.

The NRP helps under-represented BIPOC, marginalized/ low income students and I recommend applying for this because it puts you on special list to colleges that are looking for students like yourself.

I don't know what grade you are in but if you are a high achieving high school student, also look into community based organizations like Questbridge, Posse, and others which match top colleges with high achieving under-represented students. It's financial aid so your family income must be less than a certain amount as well.

Good luck.
