Yes, there are literally thousands of American colleges that would love to have you.
The bigger question is whether or not you will be applying for financial aid. The cost of American undergraduate education is the #1 thing that will determine whether you can go or not. If you come from a well-to-do family that can afford most of your tuition, room and board, then I think you have a really good chance. If you are looking for a fully funded opportunity, then I do not think it is possible.
