How to fill the week spent per year in common app?
For example, if I worked for 10 hours per week then how shall I fill up the week spent per year, shall I calculate using the hours or shall I write the no of weeks I spent on that activity?

You want to be as accurate as possible so give both the duration of the work like I did that job for 4 months and worked an avg of 10 hours a week at that job.
