No. International Students are not eligible for any United States Federal Pell Grants. They do not need to fill out the FAFSA. However they do need to fill out the CSS Profile which is a much more lengthy form which fully discloses both parents income and assets and any ownership of businesses, trusts, or income producing partnerships etc.

Int'l students are not eligible for Pell Grants, State Grants, Federal Work Study Programs, or health insurance.

Thank you for the information. Now that I know that I am not eligible for these scholarships, I would have to look at other external scholarships.

@Sakshi the Pell grant and State grants really don't amount to much. I think the max. award is $10500 combined and work-study is worth like $3000-$4000. So the biggest scholarships are still going to be from the Colleges themselves either need-based or merit-based.

How much money in scholarships are you looking for?

Approximately 80 %. Do you know of any external scholarships or any universities which provide good amount of scholarship

There are many lists online of colleges that give the most need based aid to international students. Just know that many of the colleges on that list have low acceptance rates. But it may be worth a shot.
