Any school would be happy with this portfolio of ECs. You've gone above and beyond most students who possibly only do a sport or two school clubs. ECs are one thing, but there are other things to take into consideration: grades, the types of classes you are taking, etc. Colleges will look at you overall rather than pin-point specific criteria. Also, you cannot forget about college essays. Based on your ECs, you have a lot to discuss in your essay. For instance, you could discuss the process of developing IAFO, and how it played a part in wanting to major in computer science.

Overall, your ECs are excellent; you really have done a lot of advanced things. Remember that other factors are taken into account when applying to college. I say take the chance at applying to top schools you want to go to; it's a 50/50 chance. The Ives have a low acceptance rate, but Cornell is the easiest to get into. A student at my school got accepted there, and this individual's profile wasn't as advanced as yours.

There are other top schools with low acceptance rates as well; however, you shouldn't refrain from applying if those are the types of schools you are interested in. No matter what college you attend, you will succeed!

Yes they are "good enough" yet you will still only have 1-2% chance of getting into T20s.

Research US universities that are known to give full aid to international students.

Good luck!
