Have you filled out your chancing profile on this site yet? I think that should at least give you a general idea of where you stand academically for most schools. I don't believe Artificial Intelligence is a possible major on this site so I would recommend using something like Computer Science instead.

I think it's also important to realize what you are asking. Your title is asking for the best schools to study AI. However, in your post you're asking for at least 2 universities where there's a sure chance of getting in. If you're seriously looking at the best schools for AI then you've probably realized by now that they are some of the best schools in the country and none of them will give you a sure chance of getting accepted. Even if the best schools for AI were safety schools based on your profile, it's a good idea to never assume you have a 100% chance of getting accepted.

Having said all that, Carnegie Mellon University recently launched an undergrad degree in AI (https://www.cs.cmu.edu/bs-in-artificial-intelligence). CMU is one of the best engineering schools in the nation so this is definitely not a sure chance. CS students at Stanford can choose an AI track for their undergrad, Caltech offers similar options for CS majors, and so does the University of Illinois. All of these options are elite programs though. UNC-Charlotte, UMass-Amherst, and Oregon State University aren't as prestigious as the others I mentioned but offer similar tracks/specializations in AI.

Here's a list of best value colleges where you can major in something AI related: https://www.valuecolleges.com/ranking/best-value-machine-learning-bachelors/

Here's a list of schools where you can specifically major in AI: https://bigfuture.collegeboard.org/college-search?major=222_Artificial%20Intelligence

I haven't seen any AI majors anywhere, best probably to go into Applied Mathematics (to familiarize yourself with concepts like ANNs, gradient descent, the like), or Computer Science (fairly obvious). You may be able to choose an AI pathway (concentration) while in college, but I haven't seen many actual majors.

Some colleges with decent AI track programs were listed by the other answerer.
