If I were applying to a college undecided does it matter if I have a spike in a particular area or is it ok if I were too just apply without a pike but show accomplishmen. Also what do admissions officers look for when your applying undecided.

You should aim to have a spike, even if you are applying undecided. If you are applying undecided, admissions officers will mainly want to know about your reasons why. You should talk about the intellectual interests you have and your career goals, and then you can discuss how you are not sure which major would suit your learning goals for the moment.
