If you are self-studying (as in, not taking the course online through any accredited or verifiable program), I would not recommend including them in your unofficial transcript. Why? It's not fair to expect you to be objective about a possible score. And without assessments, tests, and homework, what is there really to base this grade off of anyway? Definitely include that you are self-studying for this course in your application and mention that you ultimately plan to take the AP exam. Doing well on the exam is the best way to show your proficiency (and maybe earn some course credit at the college level!)

Take 2 or 3 practice exams to get a feel. Then go to Albert.io to see the chancing probability.

You can't predict your grades on your own; if you are studying it independently, I suggest you enroll in a tuition/academy, show them your ability, and they will write your predicted grades. If there is no hope of doing this, I will suggest you tell them that you have been studying it yourself.
