I'm not sure what grade level you're in. As you might already know, Medical school is a separate 7-year program after undergraduate. So, before enrolling in medical school, you should be preparing for the majors first. Public health, psychology, and biochemistry are some popular choices for med students. A college student, on the other hand, can choose any major for entering medical school.

Read this article for more information on choosing majors for med-school: https://www.usnews.com/education/best-graduate-schools/top-medical-schools/articles/2019-11-11/how-to-choose-a-college-major-if-you-plan-to-attend-medical-school

On building a spike; you should read this Collegevine blog on medicine as a guide on pre-med extracurriculars in high school: https://blog.collegevine.com/extracurriculars-for-high-schoolers-interested-in-studying-medicine/
