Listing an international award from before 9th grade in honors

I have 2 gold medals from the International Taekwondo Festival back in elementary. Should I list these in the honors section/resume or leave them out?

From elementary?? Do not include these.

As the other answers say, you really shouldn't include any items before 9th grade.

Not from elementary. Have you continued taekwondo into high school? If so, then that's more than 7 YEARS of martial arts. Impressive and worth putting on your resume. But if you dropped in in elementary or middle school, don't include it.

I have been doing taekwondo for almost 10 years, quit in sophomore year of high school. should I put in the medals or just how many years I did it?

If you took it into high school, treat it as an extracurricular, and that's where you can list your dedication and medals. Ten years is impressive and shows commitment and dedication. Also, does taekwondo have any correlation with your goal? Are you going into something that requires skills you learned during your training? Many skills might be translatable, such as patience, hard work, taking care of yourself, and defense. You can use your years of taekwondo to prove these skills.
