What major is good for preparing yourself for Animal Rights Law? Liberal Arts, English Lit or Philosophy
Answered

Hi guys! I am looking to go on and study animal rights law at UMASS-Dartmouth! However I'm not exactly sure what major will best prepare me for that.

That sounds like a great path! From the research that I've done on it, law school is very particular and technical. So, there aren't necessarily any undergraduate paths that will provide you with the hard skills for law school better than any others. However, any of the majors that you've listed will give you the soft skills that you need for law school.

Since the focus is more on learning how to be a dedicated and organized student, then, I would just choose the undergrad major that you're most passionate about, or that interests you the most. That may lead you on an even better path than you're expecting to go on right now, and that's ok.
