Are there any college programs for Law I can take in Hudson County, New Jersey?

I would start by looking at community colleges in your county like the Hudson County Community College. Here is a course catalog for HCCC.

Law School is not a undergraduate degree but a Graduate degree program. So even at undergraduate colleges, you are not going to find many law related classes other than cursory introductory ones such as Intro to Business Law, or Intro to Real Estate Law. Etc.

Look online, this opens up your range across the world.

A website I recommend is EdX, it is completely free for the first part and you can take an entire college-level course from a top university
