Would It matter to colleges, If you take a foreign language course, after not taking it for two years.

For example, you take spanish 3 junior year, after taking spanish 2 in 8th grade?

I don't think this is an issue at all. Colleges understand that students typically have full schedules freshman and sophomore years due to graduation requirements, but as they become juniors and seniors, they're schedules are more empty, allowing them to take on extra electives. Hope this helps!
