Full-ride scholarships? do u mean need-based aid or merit scholarships? for need-based aid a simple search on google will give u a list of schools especially if you are domestic for international the chance of getting full aid is almost 0. for merit-based scholarships it is a diff scenario, example USC, Santa Clara have full-ride merit scholarships for both domestic and international, there is also texas out of state tuition waiver, and safety schools like university of southern Mississippi and Arizona state giving loads of merit-based scholarship. hope this helped;)
A lot of schools actually offer full ride scholarships. Some notable ones are University of Chicago and Duke University. Here is list of more!
