What "activity type" for working as a teacher's assistant (unpaid)

In the common app activities section, it asks about activity types. Is working as a TA academic or volunteer or school spirit? Or is it something else entirely? Should I just pick "Other Club/Activity"?

Most Probably "Employment" - Tier 3A as an unpaid internship

Hi,

I think working as a TA would be an "Other Club/Activity" UNLESS it is aligned with your career focus (then it would be "Career-Oriented") or is an Internship.

Best of luck!
