i participate in a charity program which i have over 100 hours in, have been a secretary for, and have done for 5 years (6 by the time i graduate), i have been in choir for each year of high school, i TA for a choir period as well as being a group leader of an audition-only acapella group, i received an award as MVP for my freshman choir, i received my girl scout silver award in creating a self maintained library, have been a set designer for my drama program, have been in honor roll all my years, and sing in my church’s worship band.

I think that your ECs are quite good! The main improvement you could make would be focusing your activities on one main area, which is called a spike. For example, if library studies relates most to what you want to study in college and potentially pursue as a career, then continue expanding your library project or do other ECs related to it. Hope this helps!

those ec's look good. there is always room to improve but especially since you are a junior you could always join a few clubs to strengthen it a bit more. with that you should have strong enough ec's for most decent universities, maybe with an exception of ivies and some prestigious top 30 or so schools. my ec's were a similar strength and have received acceptance to penn state already, if that helps with anything.
