How easy is it to get into a university after going to a community college

Depends on what university you're transferring to.

If you think that it'll be easier to transfer to an elite university than it is for freshman applicants, so do thousands of others. Although the number of transfer applicants won't be as high as the number of freshman applicants, the available spaces for transfers are less than those available for freshmen. However, if you're talking about a semi-competitive or safety college, it'll be easy as long as you have a decent GPA.
