Poor GPA due to illnesses... what should I do?
Answered

I'm a junior who'll graduate with a GPA of about 3.5 Weighted with 8-ish AP and college courses. I have a 1530 SAT, a 36 ACT, and 10/10 extracurriculars. My grades have tanked because of a variety of severe health problems. How can I assert to T-20 schools that I am, in fact, smart enough for them in essays/accessory info sections?

Add info about your illness, what it entailed, how it affected you, and what you did about it on the Additional Information Section.

Here's a link that may help you write a strong description of your challenges.
