i'm currently a junior and taking 4 ap's. it's finals week and i have three b's in ap calc ab, ap lang, and ap bio. is there still a chance for me to get accepted by uc's like ucla, ucb, or uci?
Based on the 2021-22 Common Data Sets for the above colleges, 55.4% of UCLA freshmen and only 30% of UC Berkeley freshmen had a 4.0 unweighted GPA. For UCI, the middle 50% had 3.86 - 4.00 unweighted and 4.08 - 4.29 weighted GPA.
It's not possible to say that a certain number of B's is too many. As evident above, you don't have to be a straight-A student to get in. Although you might have a low unweighted, your weighted will still be good because the B's are in AP's. Don't worry too much about GPA.
Hope this helps!
I mean as long as you are getting an A in other classes that are not AP, you should be fine. If you are a California student and take honors classes, you should also be receiving GPA boosts for those (Note: UCs do not accept honors courses that are outside California high schools and consider them like regular high school courses). Although universities like UCLA, UC Berkeley are very competitive in terms of GPA try to strive for a 3.95 in unweighted which should be fine if your other two years were great. Also, your weighed should be above 4.0 this semester since the Bs in APs are considered like as in regular courses and if you have an A in the other AP course you should be getting a GPA boost off 4.0 in the weighed GPA. But if you know you can't get an A in an AP course, it looks much better to get an A in regular than a C in an AP.
UCLA seems to historically favor very strong, near-perfect GPA's, so your chances there may be slim. The same goes for UC Berkeley, but I think you have a decent shot at UCI still. Aim to get those grades up for second semester, and I wish you the best of luck.

colleges like to see well rounded students who do their best to challenge themselves and improve their grades from the previous semester. it’s not a be all end all if you have a couple b’s :)
