Of course, there is always a chance. It depends on which schools you are applying to and the strength of your application and whether you meet the guidelines for financial aid at that particular school. There is no hard set rule for International students on getting full aid or not but if you do enough research into the colleges you are applying to you can determine upfront if you are in a good or poor candidate for both admission and aid at that college.
