Hi Eva! I hope you are well, answering your question, you could find summer internships in volunteer societies in your city/town or find them in schools. The other way, you try to do that you love, try to find your essence and show it, the universities want someone authentically who shows passion with their activities, want something that will reflect your way and impulse all your application, better if the activity is national/international (olympiads, tittles, volunteers, etc).
In this way, you will show yourself differently from the rest of the people. Regards! :)
