I applied to upenn and I have a 1450 sat , will the sat be at my disadvantage. According to college submitting sat increases chances by 2%

If you applied to Wharton, Huntsman or Engineering, then your 1450 is definitely not a plus factor since most admits have between 1500-1580 at those more competitive colleges. If you applied to Arts and Sciences or nursing then your 1450 is still low but okay.
I think it depends on your race and demographic as well. So if you are Black, LatinA or Indigenous (Native), then a 1450 is very good SAT score. If you are White or Asian then not so good.
