When Collegevine asks for your projected course works for honors and AP classes, do you write down the number of semesters, you take of honors and AP classes, or do you say the number of classes you take, even if they are 2 semesters long? For example, is AP statistics counted as 2 classes, since it is 2 semesters long, or will it be counted as 1 class?

Your example AP Stats would be counted as 1 class, as would all other honors/ap's/ib's you presume to take. It doesn't matter how many quarters, trimesters, or trimesters you take a class so long as the class doesn't change the class count doesn't change.
An example of 2 different classes
AP Calc AB & AP Calc BC: 2 different classes so 2 different counts towards one's AP total.
