Hello, I would love to get into UVA and I know some people whoo went there and they weren't necessarily at the top of their class. I have like a 10% chance right now and this isn't from a high school student, this is from a soon to be grad from PSU. My question is if its worth applying too.
Hi there! I would say if UVA is a school that you're interested in attending, then it's definitely worth applying to. There's always a chance that you might be accepted even if your current chances don't seem high enough as the admissions process could be unpredictable at times. Additionally, by submitting an application to UVA, you will have the chance to highlight your strengths and it will help you stand among the other applicants. Even if your application ends up getting denied, you can still utilize the rejection as a learning opportunity to improve your application strategy moving forward. In the end, it's up to you to determine whether or not it's worthwhile to apply to UVA, but I think you should never let slim chances deter you from working for your objectives. I hope this helps!
