what is digital sat ?

I am an Indian and currently living in Botswana where i am doing my AS-level from, and I also decided to write the sat this because, I am planning to do only AS-level and attend a university in the us, so I needed information on what digital sat, and how will the examination be ?.

The digital SAT will be administered to students now instead of the paper version. It has a similar outline to the paper SAT but with some changes made to make it more accessible and accommodating. It will still cover the same skills the paper SAT tested but with some test format changes. You will have to take the test in a test center on a laptop or tablet through a pre-downloaded application from College Board.

Thanks but, currently I am using a desktop pc, and not a laptop, so can I use my phone.

The college board only mentions the use of a laptop or tablet. The exam probably isn't accessible on a phone. However, they do allow the borrowing of devices after a request. You should contact the testing center you intend to take the exam and explore the available options. They will provide you with a device if the request is accepted.
