Criteria for UT Austin Biomedical Engineering admission (undergrad)

Hello forum members,

My Sophomore daughter wants to get into UT Austin Biomedical Engineering undergrad major. She has a reasonable academic background (unweighted GPA ~3.9, weighted 4.2, will have 14 AP's when she graduates incl. Calculus BC, Chemistry and Biology). She does not have a strong related extra curricular but has won state level art competitions, does volunteering regularly. What would be the suggestions to bolster her chances for a Biomedical eng major?

Thanks!
