Since both of these are prestigious organizations, it comes down to the engagements and achievements of the club chapter at your school, and your contributions to the club as a leader. President and Vice-President would probably hold a similar level of impact as you can always list yourself as a co-president on your apps, so it wouldn't make too much difference. One thing that would make a difference would be your interests. Which club best aligns with your interests, major/career goals? Make a decision based on that, and make sure that whatever it is you choose, you make impactful contributions. That's how you stand out. Just holding the title of the position wouldn't make too much of an impact.
