Do you put summer camps/programs on college resume on extracurriculars?
Answered

Hello,

This summer, I’m going to a Journalism workshop at Ohio University and Space Camp at NASA’s Huntsville division.

Would these be good to put on an application or should I just leave them out?

My parents say that they’re good opportunities to show my devotion to learning after school.

Of course you should put them on your extracurricular list! Your parents are right- it shows devotion to learning after school, as well as passion and interest if your activities are related to your major of interest. You're also going to highly known and recognized programs, so it'll sound impressive.
