Admissions Advice

What are the qualifications required for admissions to pre-med?
Answered

I have completed my O levels and would like to know if they suffice for admission to pre-med, or if pursuing A levels is necessary to meet the qualifications. As a dedicated and aspiring student, I am eager to embark on the pre-med journey and would greatly appreciate any guidance you can provide regarding the necessary prerequisites. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Hi! I'm not from the UK so I'm not exactly sure about O and A levels, but generally you want to make sure that you have a strong background to prepare you for med school. This includes taking high level biology, physics, chemistry, psychology, sociology, statistics. I assume that A levels are the higher level of classes, so it might make sense to do them. Classes that help your critical analysis skills help as well.

Hope this helps, and good luck!
