I have a 3.5 GPA and a 1060 SAT (gonna retake it aiming for 1380 and above), I'm a junior in high school (rising senior class of '24), a Soccer player, African American Male, I also wear hearing aids (could add to my essay) and I really want to go to Vanderbilt's business school, do you think it's possible. Also, what other good business schools should I apply to right now the top schools I'm applying to are: Howard, George Mason, Vanderbilt (obviously), George Washington, Liberty, American, RIT, UVA, etc.... Thank you for the response in advance. Took 1 Ap Junior year and will take 2 or 3 more in my senior year as well as 2 DE classes.
Summary If you don't want to read all that:
1. What are the admission requirements for Vanderbilt's business school?
2. What other factors might affect the chances of getting accepted into the business school?
3. Are there any other business schools that would be a good fit for my interests and qualifications?
I play soccer for club travel in a decently competitive league. I don’t play high school due to missing tryouts 2 years in a row. I did indoor track my sophomore year and I plan on being the team manager for the boys basketball team this year. I also am in about 2-3 clubs that I actively go to. If given then freedom to I’ll attend more. I’m in BSU, GSA (not lgbtq+ just support it and my friends in it too), FCA, and yah that’s about it. My GPA is somewhat able to get into my schools honors societ
So I will do that next year and hopefully join debate club finally since they haven’t gotten back to me 2 years in a row
