I'm a high school student from outside the US, and I'm studying in a program that allows me to take courses in math and physics at one of the largest universities in my country. By the time I finish high school, a fairly significant part of my college degree will already be behind me (around 30%). Does this increase my chances of getting into a good university in the US (as a freshman, not as a transfer student), or decrease them?
I can't really speak to the transferability of the classes and the coursework of the degree, but I think it is very impressive as a fellow student that you were able to do that in your country. I think that will also impress admissions officers because your coursework was rigorous. So yes, I think it will help you more than hurt you.
