Is it better to apply early decision or regular decison for Top/Ivy Schools?

Since College Apps open tomorrow I wanted to ask if my chances would be better with either early or regular decision. Which do you think is better?

Early decision can significantly increase your chances of getting accepted into most Ivy schools and it's the best choice if you have one college that you've been aiming to get into since you can only choose one college to apply for early decision. Also, you have more time to prepare for college so it's much less stressful.
