Admissions Advice

Is this a good idea for a essay?

ok so as I was struggling for a topic on my essay, I think I finally found one. I was thinking how "aesthetics" has shaped me into the person I am now. Or I can write about my immigrant parents achieving their dreams, but that really describe me yk? or how my dog death has affected me. I honestly don't know, I need more ideas.

this is my prompt:

Tell us your story. What unique opportunities or challenges have you experienced throughout your high school career that have shaped who you are today?

Try to make your answer as central to you as possible. Choose something with a deep impact. Making the focus about the death of your dog could be overlooked by those considering your application unless there are some unique circumstances that others wouldn't have also experienced. I'm not exactly sure what you mean by 'asthetics' accept maybe as I how something physically appeares and is pleasing. That could be interesting depending on how you spin it. Just make sure it truly reflects you!
