Should I add this in additional information?

The end of my junior year I got diagnosed with IBS and generalized anxiety disorder. This led to my grades dropping a bit and finishing with a B in English and biology which isn't bad but I have all A's otherwise. I was throwing up blood for most of my junior year but I wan't to know if I should add this or if it feels unneeded since I still finished with an okay grade.

I’m thinking you shouldn’t. Unless you want to make it into some “I overcame!” story, leave it for an interview for if they ask.

It really depends on what colleges and programs you are looking at. If your grades and other stats will safely get you in then I wouldn’t worry about it unless it comes up. Otherwise, it is an important detail. You should probably include it because that is a valid reason for your grades to drop and some colleges may think your grades dropped because you couldn’t handle the coursework and that is incorrect.
