Is it possible for me to get a full ride academic if i get my ACT up even with the out of state tuition? Home state memp

First of all, no one reading this knows what College you are talking about. Secondly, we don't know what state this college is in so we don't know what your follow-up question about Out of State tuition means either in relationship to your hometown of Memphis, Tennessee.

Some but not all State colleges have a sliding scale rubric that doles out financial aid based on your submitted GPA and corresponding ACT or SAT test score. So if the college you are interested in applying to does a similar thing, it's probably easier to look that up on that college's website.
