Hi guys. As an international student should I take an AP exam if I am currently studying in the IB?

I am at my first year of the IB, and I'd like to know if I should take an AP exam that is related to the subject that I'll be applying to colleges with. I have also taken the SAT, however there are certain universities on my list that have a test-blind policy(they do not take your SAT and ACT scores into account even if you submit them). So, I am considering on whether an AP exam that is related to my major will strengthen my applications sufficiently.

I would not recommend doing that and would suggest you aim to get a high SAT or ACT score instead (for applying to UNIs that actually accepted or recommend such tests like MIT, Georgetown etc)

Thanks, but what about UC Berkeley, UCLA and UCSD that have a test-blind policy. My question is if it is enough to apply to these universities by sending only the transcripts of my 10-th grade and my IB final scores.So, aren't there any other exams that could reinforce my application to UC.

Yes, but since these schools have competitive admissions policies make sure your ECs are equally impressive and aligned with what your intended major (backup major) is as well.
